Passion 2 Profit Accelerator is a Shopify dropshipping course curated by the young and successful entrepreneur Samir Chibane. The name is so long that for this review, we will occasionally abbreviate it as P2P. There are many dropshipping courses like these out there, and sometimes, it’s difficult to choose the right one for your business. There are many varying factors as not every business is the same, and these include different niches, geographical location, types of marketing strategies, etc. This review aims to provide more information to anyone who’s thinking of signing up for the course. So, keep reading to help you make a well-informed decision!

P2P is a Shopify dropshipping course that can help anyone who wants to set up a dropshipping store on Shopify to succeed. The price is quite hefty, beginning at $997, but the information is quite extensive. However, the video quality is questionable for a course at such a high price, and Samir uses quite a lot of foul language.

Samir Chibane is another one of those college dropouts who’s found success with dropshipping, making seven figures from his online businesses. From his social media, he looks like one of those usual gurus who loves flashing their luxurious lifestyle.

Who is Passion 2 Profit Accelerator For?

This course is for anyone who wants to use the Shopify platform to start a dropshipping business. It is also for anyone who wants to learn about using Facebook Ads to get traffic for their store.

What is included in Passion 2 Profit Accelerator?

Subscribing to the P2P course will bring you a bunch of information consisting of both videos, PowerPoint presentations, and even a live stream session. The videos are presented by course creator Samir himself, and also one of his team members called Juan. The type of videos on the course is a little different than usual, and what this means is also less quality. Most of the videos are just Samir and Juan explaining the course in front of their laptops with only their built-in webcam. I wouldn’t mind it if the course were free, but for $997, I expected better quality. Nevertheless, lets breakdown each of the modules.

Module 1 – Mindset

You can tell that Samir is well versed and experienced on the topic as he confidently articulates the course. He starts off the session by talking about mindset, and I do agree that having the right mindset is the key to building a successful business. However, I hate it when most gurus use a whole module to talk about this. I also feel like if someone is already willing to spend $997 on the course, they already have the right mindset for the business.

Module 2 – Shopify

Finally, we get to the real stuff – setting up your Shopify store. Shopify is one of the best dropshipping platforms out there, and even big brands are using it for their business. Picking the right theme for your store is crucial, and you can get both free and paid themes. Juan takes over this section, and he suggests using a free theme called ‘Supply.’ You will then learn to set up your payment processor, checkout system, and shipping configurations. These are necessarily the basic things that you need to setup. After that, Samir and Juan help you to get to know your Shopify dashboard and both manual and automated drop shipping. However, Juan talks about sending bulk CSV file to your supplier daily. Experienced dropshippers will understand that this is outdated, and you can now use things like Oberlo or Dropified for this.

Module 3 – Product Sourcing

This topic consists of four videos and two live streams on finding winning products. The videos start with Juan teaching you about Shopify products while he indirectly uses his store called poshfitboutique.com. Taking a look at his store, it seems like he has no products available for purchase. Juan goes on to talk about the different types of offers, getting plus shipping for free, and other retail offers before he begins to speak about product research. Before the topic ends, he also tries to upsell one of their products that can help you spy on the competition.

Module 4 – Facebook Ads

This next module is pretty bulky with information and includes seven videos and two live streams. It begins with the basics, such as setting up your Facebook account and Facebook Ads manager. Once you’re all set up, you will learn Facebook testing methods using an insights tool and also the difference between a general page and a passion page. Although there is quite a lot of information here, I do feel it could use even more. Also, the last part was a little weird as Samir invites a friend into the chat, and you’re mostly just watching two guys using foul language and having a normal chat like nobody’s watching. For a $997 course, this was highly unprofessional.

The live stream included some useful FB hacks and how you can get likes. Then, you will also learn how to use various Facebook creatives and picking the right ad placements. You even get some ideas on analyzing and scaling ad campaigns or even scrap the ones that are not performing.

Module 5 – Email Marketing

Here, you will learn using a free Mailchimp account for email marketing. A free account is good when you have few orders, but as your order volume increases, you need to upgrade to premium so more people can join your mailing list. After you learn how to set everything up, it moves on to setting up free shipping templates and downloadable abandon cart swipe files.

Module 6 – Live Videos

As the name of the session suggests, this part consists of live streams Juan and Samir handles a range of topics as below:

Instagram marketing is a mighty tool, but this module doesn’t stress its importance. They talk about ways to work with influencers to get traffic, and that’s it.

Facebook Mastermind Group

Based on what I’ve seen from the course materials so far, I doubt the Facebook Mastermind group for this course will be helpful.

Passion 2 Profit Accelerator Final Verdict

Overall, I find the course material for P2P is pretty good; however, for such a high price, I was disappointed with the video quality. Not to mention, Samir’s attitude throughout the whole video makes me regret paying such a high price as he doesn’t seem well-prepared and uses a lot of foul languages. For the same price or even cheaper, you can quickly get a more comprehensive course with better audio and video quality.

I have gone through a lot of these dropshipping guru courses and personally, a lot of them are overpriced courses with very little information. They always try to sell you the dream or the lifestyle rather than actually selling you information. Dropshipping is not an overnight get-rich-quick scheme but, a lot of these gurus make it out like that. That’s why they ask for ridiculous prices for their courses. So, I personally get why you’d not trust these courses.
