eCom Profits Builder Review

eCom Profits Builder Review

You reached the right place if you’re looking for a review on our title course. We won’t just take a look at the course as is, but we’ll also analyze the author and the content in each module.

The course sets out to teach students how to build a sustainable and profitable business regardless of their experience. It sells as an all-in-one package for aspiring dropshippers, and you’re about to find out whether it achieves it.

There are 2 packages depending on how much you need. The basic package is the cheapest option, and it’s just for the course. The full package not only offers you the course, but also the Facebook group and a few extra bonuses.

What is eCom Profits Builder?

It’s an online dropshipping program consisting of 60 videos split into 7 different modules. Each module offers insight into a specific step of creating a dropshipping business, with the videos offering “sub steps”.

Interestingly, the course starts off right into actionable content instead of introductions and mindset setup. That makes it easier to judge the course before asking for a refund since you can’t watch more than 40% of its content.

The sales page is mostly the same as other courses, explaining the frustrations of working 9 to 5.

Who is Amber Digital?

She’s a young entrepreneur focused on eCommerce and mainly dropshipping. Her YouTube channel is where she’s most active, and her content mostly discusses strategies and tips as well as providing insight into her own experience, with the usual clickbait titles and thumbnails.

Her channel isn’t really big – just on its way to 8,000 subscribers. However, it’s been increasing since she started it.

YouTube is mostly where you can learn anything about her. A Google search shows mostly other businesses sharing the name. Her Instagram account barely exists as well, with a few hundred followers and barely any posts.

Who is eCom Profits Builder for?

The course is better for beginners, as they’re the ones who can actually learn something from it. However, people with knowledge on the business model will definitely find most of it redundant.

It only focuses on marketing with IG influencers and Facebook Ads, so if you’re looking for a full marketing section, this course won’t cut it for you.

What is included in eCom Profits Builder?

Product research

As mentioned, the course jumps right into the main content, and the first module explains how to find good products for your store.

Amber does introduce some products that she has used already, but stay away from these. Most of the students are surely selling them already, so they can’t be really profitable.

However, there’s some good content here on finding niches and making your research more efficient. The module closes with how Amber applies the concepts explained.

Supplier research

Module 2 follows the previous one, explaining how to find good suppliers for the products you decided you want to sell. The first lesson is on using AliExpress for this purpose before an actually interesting lesson on how to make suppliers compete for better rates.

There’s also lessons on how to find quality products, money saving tips, and automating order fulfillment.

Store setup

Here, you’ll learn how to create the “money making machine” (I swear that’s the title). It’s just a class on store building and design.

Among the lessons, we have how to create a good name for your brand before finding a domain for your store that suits your brand. The rest of the module is your standard building module: configuration, recommended apps, etc.

Influencer marketing

The first marketing strategy discussed goes into Instagram and influencers, and you learn how you find good ones, reach out to them and negotiate better rates.

Other lessons include how to explore the influencers your competitors use to gather ideas for your own products and marketing approach. However, gathering ideas for products feels weird after she kept advising against using products others were already selling.

Of course, there’s a video about how to actually create ads.

Facebook marketing

The other strategy is Facebook Ads, and this module starts off on how you create them and ensure their profitability.

Amber also uses this section to show you how she creates her own ads. While it’s not for you to replicate exactly, it does give you a glimpse of how you should run your own campaigns, including objectives, ad copy, and targeting.

Other videos cover social proof and scaling winning ads by focusing your ad spend on them.

Ad scaling

The penultimate module builds on the last tips of the previous section by explaining it with more depth. You get to see the best way you can do it after spotting the right indicators of an ad being successful.

Among the lessons, you’ll learn how to prepare yourself for scaling, keeping your ROI healthy, making the process more efficient, and strategies to keep your customers buying from you.

Optimizing profits

The course closes by giving you different strategies for improving your business’ profitability in the long-term. It kicks off with tips for increasing order value (how much your customers spend on each order).

From there, it jumps into why you need to keep track of your store’s performance and finances.

The rest of the content builds on the first lesson by talking about bundling products. Then, Amber teaches you about recovering abandoned carts before a look into how Amber keeps conversion rates at nearly 5%.

eCom Profits Builder final verdict

As I said, beginners might learn something from this course, but I can’t really recommend it because of the overall lack of depth and content it offers.

Sure, you’ll have a solid grasp on how to market your products with both platforms, but it’s neither a guide to a comprehensive marketing approach nor how to become a complete expert on influencers and Facebook Ads.

For the money, you’re better off getting eCom Elites for $197-297 and learning the same content – with lots more depth – and nearly a dozen more marketing methods.

eCom Profits Builder Alternative

I have gone through a lot of these dropshipping guru courses and personally, a lot of them are overpriced courses with very little information. They always try to sell you the dream or the lifestyle rather than actually selling you information. Dropshipping is not an overnight get rich quick scheme but, a lot of these gurus make it out like that. That’s why they ask for ridiculous prices for their courses. So, I personally get why you’d not trust in these courses.

Now, I still recommend a course if your either beginner or intermediate at dropshipping because it can save you a lot of money by optimizing ads and saving you lots of time. My personal favorite and favorite among many others is a course called eCom Elites by Franklin Hatchett. Now, the reason why I love this course because it’s one of the most affordable dropshipping courses out there and it has literally over 150+ videos. Franklin’s been doing dropshipping for many many years even before it was made famous by a lot of the gurus.

Make sure you read my eCom Elites Review to see how much information Franklin packed in this course and offers it at such a low price.
