Dropshipping Unlocked is a course by Malachi Jackson that he has been heavily promoting on social media. The course is priced at $997 and available on the Teachable platform, making it intuitive to use and accessible at any time. You get between 50 to 55 videos and downloadable documents that aim to help you succeed in Shopify dropshipping.
Who is Malachi Jackson?
Malachi Jackson has been blowing up on my social media recently, so I had high hopes for his course. Although he’s been making a lot of noise on social media, his YouTube channel is still budding with 1,500 subscribers. However, he does upload regularly, and he also does seem like he knows what he’s talking about.

What is included in Dropshipping Unlocked?
The Beginning
The first four introduction videos begin with a general introduction to the dropshipping business model. As usual, this also consists of a brief introduction to the course by Jackson. This part usually sets the foundation and the right mindset for beginner dropshippers.
Optimization Of Marketing And Other Strategies
This part makes up the bulk of the whole course and consists of several mini videos. It begins with an introduction to Facebook advertising, and you get some insights into some ‘don’ts’ as Jackson reflects on his mistakes as a beginner. This part also includes case studies of his stores. Jackson follows this with a 10-minute tutorial on ad creation, where he also includes setting up the ad section. He also contains micro click funnels, cold targeting, breaking down ad-sets, retargeting, setting pixel audiences, and social proofing.
Optimizing Website
This third section consists of 10 videos and PDF documents for four themes that you can add to your Shopify store for free. Here, you will learn how to set up a sales funnel, and if you don’t know what that is, you will also learn it here. Then, Jackson teaches you how to increase conversions for your store and to optimize product descriptions to attract the right target audience.
In the next part of this section, Jackson goes into email marketing, and then to social media marketing. For a heftily priced course, I am surprised that Jackson just briefly blows over this critical section. Since he claims to be a social media guru, I was disappointed that he didn’t share some of his secrets.
Optimizing Products
With the next 11 videos, you will learn about product research and choosing the right products for your store. Of all the videos, I only found the one with finding winning products for $3 per hour to be helpful. Jackson also briefly touches on automating order fulfillment.

Final Thoughts
As expected, this is another dropshipping course that only looks premium on the outside, but lacks the necessary information to help beginners succeed in dropshipping. It is not worth the high price, especially for anyone on a tight budget.
I have gone through a lot of these dropshipping guru courses and personally, a lot of them are overpriced courses with very little information. They always try to sell you the dream or the lifestyle rather than actually selling you information. Dropshipping is not an overnight get-rich-quick scheme but, a lot of these gurus make it out like that. That’s why they ask for ridiculous prices for their courses. So, I personally get why you’d not trust these courses.
